Condo house idea 11: The Anchorage Singapore by AD-I-WRKS

I have found  new website, where it showcases mostly Singaporean homes. It's a platform for Architects or Interior Designers to showcase/advertise their works. However, I find that it provides a lot of inspiration. This site also shows the price of the renovation together with the scope of works. Might not be fully accurate but still gives a good idea. There are only a few Malaysian homes in the site but I think design is design at the end of the day and our cultures are pretty much the same with Singapore, hence the design could be used here in Malaysia.

Have fun browsing through the site. I will be posting more features from that site from now on.

The design below are by AD. I. WRKS, the link to the qanvast page here. I am merely re-posting from the site.

2 Storey Terrace House renovation 7: Creating an ambiance of playful sophistication for an Alam Impian terrace house by Yong Studio

I don't own these pics and the original link is from Habitat-My. I find this house modern with many clean lines. The uniqueness of terrace houses in Malaysia are that most of the time, the house layout are similar. Making it easy to get ideas from other terrace houses. Although many people might say that it's boring that the layouts are the same. To each their own I guess.

Condo house idea 10: Modern scandinavian coziness at The Capers by Pocket Square

Hey people!

It's been awhile since I posted updates. Been quite busy lately. Anyway, I found this house very modern and contemporary, yet warm.

This house is The Capers by YTL in Sentul and the house design is by Pocket Square. I do not own the rights and am simply reposting from a public website, Habitat-my. The original article can be found here.
