2 Storey Semi-D house 1: The Peak @ Cheras by Yong Studio

This is a bit different. I know I always post pictures of terrace houses and condo. But I stumbled upon this house at a new website that I found. Although it's for a semi-D, but a lot of the concept can be used. It's a rather simple, clean house. Gives you a very open and spacious feeling.

Found this renovation thread on lowyat forum. Quite a comprehensive pictorial guide. The house is 18 x 65 ft in Shah Alam. The full post can be obtained here. The whole renovation plus kitchen cabinet and all is about 56k according to the owner. More details can be found in the thread. This is really quit ea good guide on extending the kitchen at the back.

The pictures are quite sporadic and not many after renovation pictures. Mostly in the midst of renovation. I will post the pictures based on the space (e.g. living, dining... )

Condo house idea 10: Fascinating European countryside home design in a modern condominium by Theme Reno

Yea another condo renovation. I really want to find some double storey terrace renovations in Malaysia but it's not that easy to find as compared to condo renovation pictures. I will try to find more double storey terrace house if possible because that is the house I will be renovating in the future. haha

Anyway, this particular post is about a house which is very European/Medieval themed. It really feels like it's a house from the Lord of the Rings. But it is really charming with the flowery curtains. I can imagine that there will be quite a few people who like this theme.
