2 Storey Terrace House renovation 6: Simplicity reigns in the JC House by Yong Design

Okay, one of the few occasion where I post a double storey terrace house picture. Really not very easy to find for terrace house renovation ideas. However, I think a trick to finding terrace house ideas is to look into propertyguru or iProperty websites. Then search for terrace houses to buy or rent. They normally do have some houses with nice designs there. And you can use that way to get home renovation ideas too.

I like this concept because it is quite minimal. I don't think this renovation would cost a lot. They play a lot of dark colors (grey, wood, dark green) which gives it a very modern and edgy look.

Condo house idea 8: Resort styled apartment by Apique Creative Studio & JGiCONCEPT

This is for those of you who dream of living in a resort everyday. The house really gives a warm, resort by the beach feel. Plenty of wood elements used. 

This particular Malaysia home renovation design is very open. The kitchen and the living area is not separated by a wall. This is good for those household who likes to cook and whose lifestyle revolves a lot around food. I feel that the open design would not sideline or neglected the person who is cooking. Often times those houses with "wet kitchen" would put the cook far away from the conversation with the guests during the preparation and cooking time.

Condo house idea 7: Dahlia Park Condominium by JGiConcept Design

I realized it's not easy to find many terrace house renovation ideas online. Or maybe I don't know how to look properly. It's quite easy to find Malaysia interior design ideas for Condominiums.

Anyway, this post is from HabitatMy. This design is very modern and clean. A design that I really like. But the issue with these "clean" designs is that normally there aren't enough storage spaces. A lot of the racks are open. Looks good but if you live long in these houses, you might find storage issues.
