I think this is a high end condo.

You can really find a lot of designs from the Habitat-My website. You will be able to find a lot of designs for houses in other countries too. I am trying to compile designs mostly for terrace houses and condo. I won't really post big houses here because those designs aren't really suitable for me. However, if I am to find any designs from big houses that are suitable, I will incorporate them.

There is this good blog/website that I found with a lot of Asian house design which I think could be quite suitable for houses in Malaysia. The blog is HabitatMy - Design Stories. The blog really collates really good idea from around Asia. The thing is, the author normally could go into those houses and get really good pictures of the pictures are from the interior designers.

This is a design I found on their site which is for a Condo. The interior design firm is Nu Infinity. You can just Google them up and see more of their works online.

Developer ideas: Pictures from Southville City (Savanna Suites) by Mah Sing Group part 2

Stumbled upon another developer advertisement on Facebook. It is Southville City by Mah Sing. I posted the part 1 of this before. I think that these are pictures for the smaller units.

2 Storey Terrace House renovation 4: Ivy (Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, Ipoh, Perak) By Kinta Properties

Was browsing through iProperty and I stumbled upon this property launch by Kinta Properties in Perak. There were pictures of the show house at the iProperty site. http://newlaunch.iproperty.com.my/Ivy/4757

These are some of the pictures I found of the house from the website.

I would say that the design is very simple and to be honest, quite dated. But I think the concepts are really very simple and it feels like they did not really engaged an ID for this design. But that is my opinion.

What I like: The non master bedrooms are quite interesting for kids and maybe a teenager. The wall colors are quite pleasant. The living room upstairs also is quite nice. Feels quite cozy and it's quite suitable for the kids to use the space to hang out when the adults are chatting downstairs during family functions.

Studio Idea 1

So basically what I do is that I will go through my facebook news feed and take screenshot of ideas that I would like to use or mimic in my future home. Hence the pictures aren't the best of quality. If I can, I will use my computer to save the pics instead. But I am not fuss about the picture quality, rather I am more particular about getting the rough feel down.

The issues that I have with many of these show houses is that they are normally very minimalist in design and they use a very open concept. The problem with those is that they do not provide much storage space that you will need when you lived in it for about 10 years or so. I am sure your house now have a lot of rubbish which crept up out of nowhere. Haha.

So here is a studio unit that I saw on my news feed. I can't remember who is the developer. I will update this post when I remember.

Stumbled upon this Malaysian Condo renovation from lowyat forum. I am only posting some snippets of the pictures here as I initially said that this blog was only for pictures and very little explanation. The author of the post is very detailed with all the information and price. She did a lot of the work on her own together with her husband and relatives. Prices are also listed there. I would say that it is a very helpful post.
